How the pickle became important
Brad's love of pickles began long before the company did. During the pandemic, an accidental abundance of cucumbers became an experiment in ingredients, methods, proportion, and process.
The lesson was unexpectedly relevant: the same ingredients can produce very different results depending on how they are handled. No pickle is ever the same. Every pickle needs a different brine.
